No.7993 of 2010\n                                    VIJAY GUPTA\n                                          Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>4.   15.6.2010                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering   that   the   petitioner   himself<\/p>\n<p>                 acknowledges to be having antecedent, being a named<\/p>\n<p>                 accused also, this Court is not persuaded to grant him<\/p>\n<p>                 the privilege of anticipatory bail in an accusation<\/p>\n<p>                 under Sections 414\/34 of the Penal Code and Section<\/p>\n<p>                 47A of the Excise Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The application is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Any application for regular bail on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner shall be considered on its own merits,<\/p>\n<p>                 without being prejudiced by the present order.<\/p>\n<pre>P.
