Mokama, Dist-\n                        Patna.\n                                                           ...........Petitioners\n                                                Versus\n                    The State Of Bihar                      ..........Opp. Party\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>4   25.07.2011                    Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                      Additional Public Prosecutor for the State who is armed with<\/p>\n<p>                      carbon copy of the case diary.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Two petitioners are owner and driver of the truck<\/p>\n<p>                      which was looted and the case was instituted at the instance of<\/p>\n<p>                      Khalasi   against   one   Mukesh Bind       and   others   during<\/p>\n<p>                      investigation truck which was recovered from a different place<\/p>\n<p>                      released in favour of petitioner No. 1 being its owner at<\/p>\n<p>                      subsequent stage of investigation. Petitioners&#8217; complicity is<\/p>\n<p>                      suspected especially in view of their alleged association with co-<\/p>\n<p>                      accused Ganesh Tiwary.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                      the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below within<\/p>\n<p>                      four weeks, let the petitioners namely, Ram Anuragh Mahto and<\/p>\n<p>                      Ram Pravesh Mahto, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>                      of Rs. 10, 000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                      like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                      Barh (Dist. Patna) in connection with Mokama P.S.
