RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n                ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n                Review Petition No.1050\/2009\n                 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n          Dated this the 24th day of November, 2009\n\n                         O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>    This Review Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking<\/p>\n<p>for a modification of the direction for re-hearing of the<\/p>\n<p>appeal which according to the Review Petitioner is not<\/p>\n<p>required.  It is admitted that the appeal was heard only on<\/p>\n<p>19\/10\/2006.   It is in those circumstances, this Court<\/p>\n<p>directed the Director of Public Instruction to re-hear the<\/p>\n<p>matter. There is no illegality in the same.<\/p>\n<p>    2.   The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted<\/p>\n<p>that the parties may rely upon fresh materials before the<\/p>\n<p>Director of Public Instruction which will prejudice her.<\/p>\n<p>If such fresh materials are relied upon by the parties, it<\/p>\n<p>is for the authority concerned to consider the objection,<\/p>\n<p>if any, raised by the Review Petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>    Therefore, the Review Petition is dismissed No costs.<\/p>\n<p>                        (T.R.
