RAMKUMAR, J.\n                .........................................\n                       B.A. No. 7115 of 2010\n                ..........................................\n            Dated this the 15th day of November, 2010.\n\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner who is the 2nd accused in Crime No. 946 of 2010 of<br \/>\nHosdurg     Police   Station     for    offences     punishable  under<br \/>\nSections 465, 486, 471 and 420 r\/w Section 149 I.P.C., seeks<br \/>\nanticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<br \/>\nnature. But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioner<br \/>\nto surrender before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of<br \/>\ninterrogation and then to have his application for bail considered by<br \/>\nthe Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the petitioner shall<br \/>\nsurrender before the investigating officer on         26.11.2010 or on<br \/>\n27.11.2010 for the purpose of interrogation and             recovery of<br \/>\nincriminating material, if any. After interrogation, petitioner shall<br \/>\nbe produced before the Magistrate concerned who on being<br \/>\nconvinced that the petitioner has been interrogated by the police,<br \/>\nshall release the petitioner on bail on the petitioner executing a<br \/>\nbond for Rs.15,000\/- (Rupees         fifteen thousand only) with two<br \/>\nsolvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the<br \/>\nMagistrate and subject to the following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No. 7115 \/2010                  -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1.    The    petitioner     shall  report   before   the<br \/>\n             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n             Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2.   The petitioner shall make himself    available for<br \/>\n             interrogation including custodial interrogation as and<br \/>\n             when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.    Petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n             prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper<br \/>\n             with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.    Petitioner shall not commit any offence while on<br \/>\n             bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              5.
