Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :02\/01\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                           ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                           ==============\n                        W.P.(C) NO. 37 OF 2009 (D)\n                     ====================\n\n                Dated this the 2nd day of January, 2009\n\n                               J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       In the Kozhikode Revenue District Youth Festival, petitioner had<\/p>\n<p>participated in Kuchipudi.     She was given second prize with A Grade.<\/p>\n<p>Aggrieved by the prize that she got, an appeal was filed and that was<\/p>\n<p>rejected by Ext.P1. Counsel contends that the stage was full of sand and<\/p>\n<p>that affected the performance of the dancer. It is also stated that this was<\/p>\n<p>reported to the Stage Manager.        However, a reading of Ext.P1, the<\/p>\n<p>appellate order, shows that the stage used by all the participants were one<\/p>\n<p>and the same and therefore no special prejudice has been caused to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner. That apart, it is also stated in the order that technical faults<\/p>\n<p>were not reported either by the judges or by the Stage Manager.
