No.9420 of 2011\n                                   DEVI MANDAL\n                                          Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   28.03.2011                   Heard learned counsels for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   and for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                   a case registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                   Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 It appears from the F.I.R. and the seizure list<\/p>\n<p>                   that the motorcycle was seized from the Veramda of Raj<\/p>\n<p>                   Ballav Mandal the brother of this petitioner. It is alleged<\/p>\n<p>                   against the petitioner that this petitioner put the<\/p>\n<p>                   motorcycle at the place of seizure. The seizure list<\/p>\n<p>                   witness      was   inimical   to   the   petitioner,   because<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner lodged a case against earlier one of seizure<\/p>\n<p>                   list witnesses. It is submitted that petitioner has never<\/p>\n<p>                   been involved in any other case under Section 414 of<\/p>\n<p>                   the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner above named be released on anticipatory bail,<\/p>\n<p>                   in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned<\/p>\n<p>                   Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                   with two sureties of the like amount each to the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Madhubani, in<\/p>\n<p>           connection with Sakari P.S.
