Heard     learned         counsels for       the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner is an accused in a<\/p>\n<p>                   case registered under Section 302\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms<\/p>\n<p>                   Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Earlier          petitioner&#8217;s             bail<\/p>\n<p>                   application       was     rejected       on   03.09.2010<\/p>\n<p>                   passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32205 of 2010 when<\/p>\n<p>                   out    of   thirteen     charge    sheeted     witnesses<\/p>\n<p>                   only    three     witnesses      were    examined.     The<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner was given liberty to renew his<\/p>\n<p>                   prayer for bail if trial is not concluded<\/p>\n<p>                   within a period of nine months. Hence, the<\/p>\n<p>                   bail application.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It is submitted that no witness has<\/p>\n<p>                   been    examined        after    03.09.2010.     It    is<\/p>\n<p>                   further submitted that the petitioner is in<\/p>\n<p>                   custody since 10.08.2005.<\/p>\n<p>                               In    the    circumstances,        let    the<\/p>\n<p>                   learned Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.2,<\/p>\n<p>                   Muzaffarpur, transmit a report with regard<\/p>\n<p>                   to          the         status          of      Sessions<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        Trial     No.878       of     2005      arising      out       of<\/p>\n<p>        Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 108                   of   2005    this<\/p>\n<p>        court immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  Put up this case after receipt of<\/p>\n<p>        the report.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  Let   the         order     be     faxed   to    the<\/p>\n<p>        learned    court       below    at     the    cost   of    the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>U.
