Sheth, learned advocate<br \/>\nwaives service of notice of rule for respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLooking<br \/>\nto the fact that the appeal is admitted, this application requires<br \/>\nconsideration. The interest of justice would be served if the<br \/>\nappellant\/applicant State is called upon to deposit the entire<br \/>\namount awarded with interest &amp; cost with the Reference Court<br \/>\nwithin a period of eight (8) weeks from today, and on receipt of said<br \/>\namount, Reference Court shall deposit the same in a nationalised<br \/>\nbank. The said amount would be subject to the order that may be<br \/>\npassed hereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nis open to the respondent claimant to make an appropriate application<br \/>\nwith regard to disbursement or deposit that may be deemed fit. If the<br \/>\nsaid application is not made within 30 days from depositing the<br \/>\namount, the Reference Court shall deposit the same in a nationalised<br \/>\nbank in a cumulative deposit initially for a period of six years and<br \/>\nit shall be renewed thereafter so as to inure interest till final<br \/>\ndisposal of the First Appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tCivil<br \/>\napplication is disposed of accordingly and rule is made absolute.
