By order dated 5.4.2003, the Leann:-d&#8217; t\u00a7fi,fityr.u(j3i\u00a7.+i1  <\/p>\n<p>Sessions Judge had issued FLW against {he  <\/p>\n<p>of accused No.2 for Whom these<br \/>\nFiom the order of the Trial Court itisis\u00e9gfisar&#8217;-\u00bbt;1at,&#8217;  No.2<\/p>\n<p>has remained absent and despite my  x\u00e9asjiaimnght.<\/p>\n<p>3. Failure of production of<\/p>\n<p> Court naturally bound to cancel] forfeit<\/p>\n<p> jibe hgineisnd iis\u00e9iga 13:031.\n<\/p>\n<p>-.    counsel for the petitioner relied on the<br \/>\n  the Apex Court reported in 2000 SCC {Crl.) 34 and<br \/>\nH  that, Supreme Court has reduced the \ufb01ne amount<\/p>\n<p> 25,000\/~ to Rs.5,000\/-.
