Ramachandran Nair, J.\n                    - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                      W.P.(C) No. 17952 of 2009-L\n                   - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Dated this the 27th day of October, 2009.\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The petitioner had worked in the third respondent&#8217;s school from<\/p>\n<p>27.10.1986 to 30.9.1991 as Arabic Teacher in a leave vacancy. The 5th<\/p>\n<p>respondent was appointed in a fresh vacancy, allegedly in violation of the<\/p>\n<p>claim of the petitioner under Rule 51-A of Chapter XIV-A K.E.R.<\/p>\n<p>Aggrieved by the steps taken to approve the appointment of the fifth<\/p>\n<p>respondent, the petitioner filed Ext.P1 revision petition before the Director<\/p>\n<p>of Public Instruction.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2. Ext.P7 is the order passed by the Director of Public Instruction in<\/p>\n<p>the matter. As per the said order, the revision petition filed by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>stands rejected. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed Ext.P8 revision before<\/p>\n<p>the first respondent. It is prayed that Ext.P8 may be directed to be disposed<\/p>\n<p>of within a time limit. Ext.P8 is dated 16.10.2009.<\/p>\n<p>       3. There will be a direction to the first respondent to take a decision<\/p>\n<p>on Ext.P8 after hearing the petitioner, the manager and other affected<\/p>\n<p>parties, if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of this judgment. It will be open to the petitioner to move the stay<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">wpc 17952\/2009                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petition in the meanwhile, if so advised.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of as above.
