The__rr'1*\u00a2)nt=hly\u00a2_ incerne\ufb02\n\nof the claimant can be held to belaround.  \n\nIn the absence of any doeurnen__tarybe\\r:i'denc,ei;;fr;,duCe};l.beto':*e\nthe tribunal loss of _'lass'essing the\ndisability at 10% shalrbe   3.600\/- P61'\nannum. As on\u00bb the  the age of the\n\nclaimant is, 331    multiplier to be\n\nadopted * v:\u00a7or!o\"'\u00abVl}ferma.VVand others vs. Delhi Transport\nCorporation and ano_.t'heVf.rle;;ol:r'teci\"in 2009 ACJ pg. 1298, would be 16\n\nand by  'thellsarne the compensation that would be\n\n themhead loss of future income would be\n\niteaaisitgsao.\/p--'((1.6% of 3,000: 300 x 12 x 16}. Thus total\n\nConi'pen__sation payable under above two headings would be\n\n in addition to what has been awarded by the\n\n.  Tribunal.
