We may also record that Criminal Revision<br \/>\n\tApplication No.732\/09 appears to have been preferred by Patel<br \/>\n\tDimpleben Dahyabhai, who appears to be the original complainant and<br \/>\n\tthe said revision has been withdrawn by her vide order dated<br \/>\n\t02.07.2010 passed by this Court (Coram:Akil Kureshi, J.) with the<br \/>\n\tdeclaration that the issues have been resolved between the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>At<br \/>\n\tthis stage, Mr.Maulik Nanavati, learned APP states that in view of<br \/>\n\tthe above, the State may be permitted to convert the present<br \/>\n\tapplication for leave to prefer and appeal and criminal appeal<br \/>\n\titself as Criminal Revision Application.\n<\/p>\n<p>We<br \/>\n\tare not inclined to grant such permission in view of the peculiar<br \/>\n\tcircumstance that the original complainant who preferred Criminal<br \/>\n\tRevision Application No.732\/09 has also withdrawn the revision since<br \/>\n\tthe issues were settled between the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>Hence,<br \/>\n\tthe present application is disposed of as not maintainable and<br \/>\n\tconsequently, the appeal would also not survive and shall stand<br \/>\n\tdisposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p> (JAYANT<br \/>\nPATEL, J.)<\/p>\n<p> (H.B.ANTANI,<br \/>\nJ.)<\/p>\n<p>*bjoy<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court State vs Patel on 30 September, 2010 Author: Jayant Patel,&amp;Nbsp;Honourable H.B.Antani,&amp;Nbsp;
