2. The short point involved in this appeal is Whether the

liability on the insurer of the vehicle is perverse or illegal?  ~<\/p>\n
3. The brief facts of the case am that on the    K  <\/p>\n

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both <\/p>\n
perused the documents. None represents on  <\/p>\n
respondent No.3, who is the owner of the vehicle.   V <\/p>\n
5. It is argued by tho learned  fog  <\/p>\n

\nthe sheep Ravi    the appellant
\nhas not    the owner of the
\nvehcilc in respect  goods carried in the
\nvehicle.  any compensation. It is
\nalso argued thaf  is a goods vehicle and the
\n wa\ufb01in fence \ufb01mgiixo\/1993 to 26\/10\/1999. In View of<\/p>\n
the fact   is auoomprehcnsive insurance policy the insumr has<\/p>\n
 not   to pay any damages in respect of any<\/p>\n
