Hence, the said default may attract cost.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ms.Pandey,<br \/>\n\tlearned Counsel for the appellant\/applicant, further states that the<br \/>\n\tappellant\/applicant has no<br \/>\n\tobjection in reinstatement of the respondent workman to his original<br \/>\n\tposition of badli<br \/>\n\tconductor.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of the above, Notice<br \/>\n\treturnable on 8.2.2011,<br \/>\n\ton condition that the appellant\/applicant deposits an amount of<br \/>\n\tRs.5,000\/- towards probable cost.
