PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for\nRespondent(s) :\n1, \n=========================================================\n\n\n \n\t  \n\t \n\t  \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nCORAM\n\t\t\t: \n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nHONOURABLE\n\t\t\tMR.JUSTICE H.B.ANTANI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 29\/07\/2010 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Divyesh Sejpal, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives<br \/>\nservice of rule.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the applicant and learned Additional Public<br \/>\nProsecutor at length and in great detail.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tBy<br \/>\nfiling this application, the applicant has prayed to modify<br \/>\nconditions imposed in order dated 11.05.2010 passed in the main<br \/>\nmatter, granting bail to the applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tOrder<br \/>\ndated 11.05.2010 was passed after hearing learned advocate for the<br \/>\napplicant at length.   The applicant himself volunteered to deposit<br \/>\n1\/3rd amount and the remaining amount within one month of<br \/>\nhis release on bail and the same are categorically mentioned in the<br \/>\norder dated 11.05.2010. The order also states that in the peculiar<br \/>\nfacts and circumstances of the case the order is passed without<br \/>\nmaking it as a precedent. Conditions were imposed by this Court<br \/>\nconsidering the gravity and nature of the offence.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nheard the learned advocates appearing in the matter, this Court is of<br \/>\nthe opinion that the conditions imposed in order dated 11.05.2010<br \/>\nneeds no interference, more particularly so since the applicant<br \/>\nhimself volunteered and therefore the order was passed. This<br \/>\napplication requires to be rejected, and is accordingly rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule<br \/>\nis discharged.\n<\/p>\n<pre>mathew\t\t\t\t\t[\nH.B.
