No. 1894 of 2009\n                ==================\n           Dated this the 10th day of June, 2009.\n\n\n                           O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     This petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of<\/p>\n<p>Criminal Procedure to give direction to respondents 2 to 4<\/p>\n<p>to investigate Crime No.160\/2009 of Thirurangadi Police<\/p>\n<p>Station in a proper manner and to arrest the accused<\/p>\n<p>forthwith.    If the petitioner is not satisfied with the<\/p>\n<p>investigation, he is entitled to approach the Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>under Section 156(3) of Code of Criminal Procedure for<\/p>\n<p>appropriate order. Petitioner is not entitled to approach<\/p>\n<p>this Court without approaching the Magistrate.
