Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :10\/12\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                        V.GIRI, J\n                      -------------------\n                   W.P.(C).36063\/2008\n                      --------------------\n      Dated this the 10th day of December, 2008\n\n                      JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners are    permanent head load workers<\/p>\n<p>attached to the establishment of the third respondent.<\/p>\n<p>They have sought for registration under Rule 26A of<\/p>\n<p>the Head load Workers Rules. Ext.P1 is the application<\/p>\n<p>filed by them in this regard. Ext.P8 is a reminder.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioners submit that they have not been registered<\/p>\n<p>on account of objections raised by a Labour Union and<\/p>\n<p>the second respondent.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>2.    Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>Mr.P.K.Ibrahim,     learned Standing Counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>Bord and the learned Government Pleader, I am of the<\/p>\n<p>view that the applications filed for registration of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners are eligible to be considered.<\/p>\n<p>3.    In the result,      writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>directing the first respondent to consider Ext.P1<\/p>\n<p>application in accordance with the Head load Workers<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C).36063\/2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Act and Rules and take a decision thereon, after notice to<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner and the third respondent, within one<\/p>\n<p>month from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
