(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>             This is defendants&#8217; revision petition against the order dated<br \/>\nOctober 30, 2003 passed by the Additional District Judge, Patiala, whereby<br \/>\nthe order of the trial Court dismissing the application of the plaintiffs for<br \/>\ninterim injunction, was set aside and the defendants-petitioners were<br \/>\nrestrained from alienating the suit property during the pendency of the suit<br \/>\nwithout getting prior permission of the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>             At the time of admission of the revision petition, the operation<br \/>\nof the order dated October 30, 2003 was stayed. No one is present on behalf<br \/>\nof the respondents. Counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to inform<br \/>\nwhether the suit has been finally decided by the trial Court or not.\n<\/p>\n<p>             In view of these facts, the revision petition is disposed of with<br \/>\na direction to the trial Court to decide the suit, if already not decided, within<br \/>\na period of six months.
