RESPONDENTS\n\n\nPrayer:   Original Application No.9432 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to issue a direction directing the respondents to fix the pay of the applicant with effect from 10.4.91 in the scale of Rs.1200-2040 and consequently direct the respondents to refix the applicant's pay  with effect from April 1991 taking into account his entire services in the post of craft instructor. Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.\n\n\n\tFor petitioner\t: Mr. R. Muthukannu\n\n\tFor respondents\t: Mr. B. Vijay\n\t\t\t  Government Advocate\t\t\t   \n                            -----                              \nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tOriginal Application No.9432 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to issue a direction directing the respondents to fix the pay of the applicant with effect from 10.4.91 in the scale of Rs.1200-2040 and consequently direct the respondents to refix the applicant&#8217;s pay  with effect from April 1991 taking into account his entire services in the post of craft instructor. Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.  56 years old Pre-vocational Instructor working in the office of the first respondent  Tiruvallur Panchayat Union School has made a representation to the first respondent to consider a plea for fixation of pay with effect from 10.4.1991 in the scale of pay Rs.1200-2040.  The said representation according to the learned counsel for the petitioner has not been disposed off.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.  In such view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to dispose off the same expeditiously.  Petitioner is also permitted to make a further representation, if he so desires, within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be considered and disposed off within two months thereafter.   The Writ Petition is disposed off accordingly.
