The learned Advocate may<br \/>\nfile reply on or before returnable date.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tHaving<br \/>\nheard the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner, the Court is of<br \/>\nthe opinion that the matter requires consideration.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tRULE.\n<\/p>\n<p> NOTICE as to interim relief returnable on 07.03.2011.<br \/>\n Ad interim relief in terms of para-19[D](a),<br \/>\nsubject to the Trust being permitted to incur expenses up to<br \/>\nRs.5,000\/-, but the payment must be made by &#8216;Account Payee Cheque&#8217;.<br \/>\nBesides that, the Trustees are directed to place statement of the<br \/>\nexpenses incurred every two months before this Court.
