RESPONDENTS.\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.        27.06.2011.                  The matter has been considered at various<\/p>\n<p>                           levels. In the opinion of this Court, for the charges the<\/p>\n<p>                           petitioner has been let off with a very mild punishment<\/p>\n<p>                           of withholding of increment for one year. That has no<\/p>\n<p>                           devastating effect on the petitioner. That increment will<\/p>\n<p>                           not affect the petitioner after retirement.<\/p>\n<p>                                       Matter relates to the year 2005-2006. Even<\/p>\n<p>                           otherwise the matter is more academic now. The<\/p>\n<p>                           petitioner is well advised to allow the matter to rest and<\/p>\n<p>                           not to pursue further.
