GIRI, J.\n                      ------------------------------\n                     W.P.(C).NO.25527 OF 2008-L\n                      ------------------------------\n            Dated this the 29th day of September, 2008.\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner  is   a stage    carriage operator, who was granted<\/p>\n<p>regular permit on the route City Medical College &#8211; Housing Colony.<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P1 is a permit issued in this regard.     The petitioner has sought<\/p>\n<p>for revision of his own timings as per Ext.P2 representation.<\/p>\n<p>      2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits<\/p>\n<p>that as Ext.P2 was not seen in the files of the R.T.O, Kozhikode, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s   application for      revision of timings      cannot be<\/p>\n<p>maintainable.     In view of      the    submission of    the    learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader, there will be a direction to the respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider Ext.P2 representation produced along with this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>as a suitable representation and orders thereon shall be passed<\/p>\n<p>within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment<\/p>\n<p>along with a copy of the writ petition, after hearing the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       V.
