RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n                     --------------------------------------\n                     W.P.(C) No.31311 OF 2009\n                     --------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 12th day of November, 2009\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>                            ~~~~~~~~~~~~~<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner retired from K.S.R.T.C. He seeks for out of turn<\/p>\n<p>payment of DCRG, CVP and other retiral benefits on the plea that<\/p>\n<p>his daughter&#8217;s marriage is fixed to be held day after tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>Taking into consideration all the relevant facts, I am satisfied that<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has shown sufficient cause for out of turn payment of<\/p>\n<p>the retiral benefits.     Accordingly, the Writ Petition is ordered<\/p>\n<p>directing that the DCRG, CVP and other retiral benefits outstanding<\/p>\n<p>to the petitioner will be released within a period of two weeks from<\/p>\n<p>the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>                                  THOTTATHIL B.
