Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :15\/02\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                            ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n\n            =============================\n\n\n                        W.P.(C)NO.  4736 OF 2008\n\n\n           ==============================\n\n\n             DATED THIS THE  15TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2008\n\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      On receipt of Ext.P3 marklist  the petitioner submits that he<\/p>\n<p>applied     for   revaluation   of   his   Programming   Language   II(C++)<\/p>\n<p>and Ext.P10 is the covering letter along with  the application   for<\/p>\n<p>revaluation   was   submitted   by   the   petitioner.     According   to   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, since then, there has   not been any   progress in the<\/p>\n<p>matter  of revaluation and hence she has   filed this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>for expediting the revaluation results.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. I   have  heard  the  learned counsel  for  the  petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>the standing counsel for the University.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having   regard   to   the   submissions     that   are   made,   I<\/p>\n<p>dispose   of     the   writ   petition   directing   that   the   application   for<\/p>\n<p>revaluation   submitted   by   the   petitioner   along   with   Ext.P10,   if<\/p>\n<p>received   by   the   University   and   the   same   is       proper   in   all<\/p>\n<p>respects,   the     University     shall     complete   the   revaluation       as<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.C. 4736\/2008               -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate within four weeks from the<\/p>\n<p>date of production of a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<pre>ks.
