Amrendra Singh\n                                             Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      29.09.2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                     and learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The only non-bailable offence is under<\/p>\n<p>                     S.C.\/S.T. (prevention of atrocities) Act with false<\/p>\n<p>                     allegation to stripping informant&#8217;s daughter. Land<\/p>\n<p>                     dispute is also there but now resolved by filing<\/p>\n<p>                     compromise petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Taking that into consideration, prayer of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                               In the event of arrest or surrender within<\/p>\n<p>                     one month from the date of receipt\/production of a<\/p>\n<p>                     copy of this order in connection with Raghopur P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                     Case No. 29 of 2010, above named petitioners shall be<\/p>\n<p>                     released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                     like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M.,<\/p>\n<p>                     Birpur, Supaul subject to the conditions as laid down<\/p>\n<p>                     under Section 438(2) of Cr.
