No.8291 of 2011\n                                FAIYAZ ALAM AND ORS\n                                              Versus\n                                  THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   25.03.2011             The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                   a case registered under Sections 376, 393, 406, 387 &amp; 313 of<\/p>\n<p>                   the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 It is alleged against petitioner No.1 to have<\/p>\n<p>                   established physical relationship with the informant on the<\/p>\n<p>                   promise of marriage and subsequently got pregnancy<\/p>\n<p>                   terminated.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the fact and specific allegation<\/p>\n<p>                   against petitioner No.1 Faiyaz Alam, his application for<\/p>\n<p>                   anticipatory bail is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 However, petitioner Nos.2 &amp; 3 are the parents<\/p>\n<p>                   of petitioner No.1, against whom there is no specific<\/p>\n<p>                   accusation, let the petitioners namely, Niyazuddin and Jainub<\/p>\n<p>                   Khatoon , in the event of their arrest or surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>                   Court-below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be<\/p>\n<p>                   released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                   10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                   amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                   Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S.
