On 25.2.2011 also same was the position.<\/p>\n<p>                         However, Sri Vijay Kumar Verma, learned counsel appearing on<\/p>\n<p>                         behalf of the Respondent\/Bihar State Electricity Board is<\/p>\n<p>                         present.
