Shivkumari Devi, the appellant has filed this appeal dated 9.11.2010 before<br \/>\nthe Commission against the decision of FAA, Bharat Coking Coal Ltd. (BCCL), Sijua Area,<br \/>\nDhanbad for not providing information to her RTI-request dated 15.10.2009. The matter<br \/>\ncame up for hearing on 20.09.2011. The appellant was absent, whereas the respondents<br \/>\nwere represented by Shri H.K. Choudhury, and Shri A.K. Choudhury.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     This matter was earlier dealt with by the Commission in case No.<br \/>\nCIC\/AT\/C\/2010\/226 and the Commission vide its order dated 11.6.2010 remitted the<br \/>\nmatter to FAA for passing speaking order on appellant&#8217;s first-appeal dated 5.12.2009<br \/>\npertaining to her RTI-request dated 15.10.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     In compliance with the direction of the Commission, the FAA vide order No.<br \/>\nGM\/SA\/Admn\/APIO\/F-135\/2010\/5157 dated 7.7.2010 has decided appellant&#8217;s first-appeal<br \/>\nwith the observation that PIO, BCCL, Sijua Area, Dhanbad vide letter No.<br \/>\nBCCL\/SA\/AP10\/F\/135\/09\/7534 dated 28.11.2009 provided requisite information to the<br \/>\nappellant. The appellant had made first-appeal again to FAA vide application dated<br \/>\n5.12.2009. The FAA reiterated on the information provided to the appellant by the PIO.<br \/>\nThe FAA informed the appellant that copies of Mouza Plan can be inspected or the same<br \/>\nwill be supplied to her on payment of requisite fees under the RTI Act. However, the point<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                               2      Case No. CIC\/AT\/A\/2010\/001157\/SS<\/span><\/p>\n<p>mentioned by the appellant in her first-appeal has again been examined by Sr. Revenue<br \/>\nInspector vide his note dated 1 \/2.7.2010 as per copy enclosed with the order.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.     During the hearing the respondent submitted that additional information thereafter<br \/>\nsupplied by Sr. Revenue Inspector, Sijua Area vide letters dated 31.7.2009 and 28.9.2010<br \/>\nwas communicated to the appellant vide letter dated 4.8.2010 and 5.10.2010 respectively.<br \/>\nThe additional documents containing the part mouza plan of Loyabad mouza and copy of<br \/>\nKhatain in respect of Plot No. 374 supplied by Survey Officer (Estate), Sijua Area vide<br \/>\nnote dated 11.5.2011 was also sent to the appellant vide letter dated 14.5.2011. Thus the<br \/>\nrespondent have sent all the required information as sought by the appellant. Even, the<br \/>\nadditional information asked by her vide appeal dated 5.12.2010, which was not covered<br \/>\nin her original RTI application, were also provided to her.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.
