Berry, Additional Advocate General, Punjab.<\/p>\n<p>Rakesh Kumar Garg, J.(Oral)<\/p>\n<p>                 In response to the show cause notice issued by this Court,<\/p>\n<p>reply by way of affidavit of Malkeet Kaur, District Education Officer (EE),<\/p>\n<p>Muktsar-respondent No.2 has been filed wherein it has been submitted that<\/p>\n<p>after considering the case of the petitioner letter of appointment<\/p>\n<p>for the post of Teaching Fellow vide letter dated 12.11.2009 Annexure R-1<\/p>\n<p>has been issued to him.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 Mr. M.C. Berry, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on<\/p>\n<p>instructions      from Sh.
