LAKHANOR, DISTRICT\n                  MADHUBANI.\n                                        Versus\n                              The State Of Bihar &amp; Ors\n\n                                ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    12\/09\/2011             Appointment of the petitioner was for contract<\/p>\n<p>                    for service to work as a Panchayat Rozgar Sewak on the<\/p>\n<p>                    basis of a contract executed between the respondents and<\/p>\n<p>                    the petitioner. Contract stands terminated by virtue of<\/p>\n<p>                    annexure-5 on the background that the performance of<\/p>\n<p>                    the petitioner was not satisfactory.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The reason for rescinding of the contract is being<\/p>\n<p>                    disputed by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            If there is a breach of the terms and conditions of<\/p>\n<p>                    the contract for service, the remedy for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    would lie under the common law.
