Heard        learned     counsels          for      the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The   petitioner        is    apprehending his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest in complaint case in which cognizance<\/p>\n<p>                   has been taken under Sections 341, 504, 384<\/p>\n<p>                   of the I.P.C. and Section 138 of Negotiable<\/p>\n<p>                   Instruments Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                It    is     submitted        by     the        learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel for the petitioner that there was a<\/p>\n<p>                   business transaction between the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   and    the    complainant           and    other    have        been<\/p>\n<p>                   granted anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>                                Learned       counsel    for       the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   is     permitted        to    add    the    complainant           as<\/p>\n<p>                   opposite party no.2.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Issue notice to opposite party no.2<\/p>\n<p>                   under registered cover with A\/D as well as<\/p>\n<p>                   under ordinary process requisites for which<\/p>\n<p>                   must be filed within three weeks.<\/p>\n<p>                                Let     no      coercive      steps        be    taken<\/p>\n<p>                   against the petitioner in the meantime, in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with complaint case no. 2939(C)<\/p>\n<p>                   of 2010 pending in the court of the learned<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        J.M.
