Thereafter, v;rhen&#8221;shle_&#8217;c&#8217;lidiV:I;1ot oblige<br \/>\nto marry him, having  intoiithe house he is said<br \/>\nto have assaulted on her.:.face&#8217; &#8220;othe&#8217;r&#8217;i_e.arts of the body<\/p>\n<p>and threatened her} of d&#8217;ire&#8221;conse&#8217;quences.<\/p>\n<p>_ Heard-. both thei*cio&#8221;u&#8211;nsel for the parties<\/p>\n<p>   to the learned counsel for the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p> been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner<\/p>\n<p> is appearing for BA. Examination. There is contradiction in<\/p>\n<p> iithieaversion of the complainant as to the use of weapon. The<\/p>\n<p>Alinjtired has been discharged from the hospital. Accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>vi &#8220;sought for grant of bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>J\/V<\/p>\n<p>2.
