APP (SJ) No.795 of 2011\n                                     Hajari Singh\n                                         Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n
2.   13.7.2011                  This appeal shall be heard.<\/p>\n
                                The lower court records have already been called<\/p>\n
                 for in Cr. Appeal No. 753 of 2011(S.J.). This appeal shall be<\/p>\n
                 heard along with that appeal.\n<\/p>\n
                                As regards the prayer for bail of the appellant, the<\/p>\n
                 allegation and evidence against him is that he gave a farsa blow<\/p>\n
                 on the head of the informant which injury has been described as<\/p>\n
                 grievous by the Doctor, as may appear from the discussions of<\/p>\n
                 the evidence of the Doctor appearing at page 3 of the impugned<\/p>\n
                 judgment, considering which I am not inclined to direct release<\/p>\n
                 of the appellant on bail at this stage.\n<\/p>\n
                                The prayer for bail is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
