Criminal Misc.<br \/>\nApplication No.4856 of 2011 is restored to the files at its original<br \/>\nnumber, on condition that the applicant &#8211; petitioner shall<br \/>\ndeposit Rs.1,000\/- with the High Court Legal Aid Committee.
