He submits<br \/>\nthat all the respondents have been already served, except original<br \/>\nrespondent no.3, who has been ordered to be deleted.  In view of<br \/>\nthis, all the existing respondents have been served.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule<br \/>\nis served, however no one appears for the respondents. In view of<br \/>\nthis, the delay in filing the appeal is required to be condoned for<br \/>\nthe reasons stated in the application and the affidavit.  Accordingly<br \/>\ndelay is condoned. Rule made absolute.
