SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 18\/01\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nCOMMON\nORAL JUDGMENT<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tAll<br \/>\nthese applications under Section 5 of the Limitation Act have been<br \/>\npreferred by the respective applicants &#8211; opponents to condone<br \/>\nthe delay of 299 days caused in preferring Appeals challenging the<br \/>\njudgment and award dated 27.02.2009 passed by the learned Reference<br \/>\nCourt in Land Reference Case Nos.1082\/1997, 1081\/1997 and 1084\/1997.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThough<br \/>\nserved, nobody appears on behalf of respondents.  Hence, it appears<br \/>\nthat there is no opposition to the present applications.  Hence and<br \/>\neven otherwise considering the averments in the applications in<br \/>\nsupport of the prayer to condone the delay of 299 days and so as to<br \/>\ngive one additional opportunity to the applicants to submit their<br \/>\ncase on merits rather than non-suiting them on technical ground of<br \/>\ndelay, delay caused in preferring respective Appeals is hereby<br \/>\ncondoned.  Rule is made absolute in each of the applications.
