Ibrar Hussain for the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                  Mr. Prashant Pratap for respondent nos. 1, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8,<\/p>\n<p>                  and Mr. Lalit Kishore, learned Additional Advocate<\/p>\n<p>                  General No.1 for respondent nos. 2 and 3. This writ<\/p>\n<p>                  petition has been preferred for a direction to construct the<\/p>\n<p>                  bridge over Morhar river at Nawadih Pananiya Ghat under<\/p>\n<p>                  Imamganj block in the district of Gaya.<\/p>\n<p>                             Respondent nos. 2 and 3 have placed on record<\/p>\n<p>                  their counter affidavits. Copy of which was served on the<\/p>\n<p>                  learned counsel for the petitioner in May 2011. Paragraph<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         no.8 of the same is reproduced hereinbelow:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                   &#8220;8. That it is not out of place to mention<br \/>\n                   here that on 15.06.10, Notice Inviting<br \/>\n                   Tender (NIT) No.835 was published by the<br \/>\n                   office of answering respondents for the<br \/>\n                   bridge to be constructed under NABARD<br \/>\n                   project and others and the tender was even<br \/>\n                   invited on e-tendering method            and<br \/>\n                   comparative description was obtained vide<br \/>\n                   letter no.1788 dated 02.08.10 of the Deputy<br \/>\n                   Chief Engineer, South Bihar Circle, Patna<br \/>\n                   and M\/s Maa Kaali Construction was<br \/>\n                   allotted the work order as the lowest bidder<br \/>\n                   under letter no.1230 dated 18.08.2010 and<br \/>\n                   the work has been started and construction<br \/>\n                   of the bridge is almost complete.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>                    It is thus evident that the bridge is near<\/p>\n<p>         completion which renders the present writ petition<\/p>\n<p>         infructuous. It is accordingly disposed of as having become<\/p>\n<p>         infructuous.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   ( S. K.
