The child is in Jail with her mother, who is also<br \/>\nundergoing sentence.  It is reported that at present the present<br \/>\napplicant and his wife both are granted furlough by the authorities.<br \/>\nThat being so, for the present no order is required to be passed in<br \/>\nthis application.\n<\/p>\n<p>However,<br \/>\nit is made clear that on expiry of furlough or even before that if<br \/>\nrequired the applicant can make a fresh application for grant of<br \/>\ntemporary bail.
