Respondent appears through counsel and expressed the apprehension of the respondent that the parents of the revision petitioner are influential people at Poonamallee and police complaints have been lodged against the respondent\/ husband.  Therefore, the learned counsel for the respondent pleads that the matter may be transferred to the family Court at Chennai and not as prayed for in the transfer petition.  Learned counsel for the revision petitioner is agreeable to transfer the matter to the Family Court, Chennai.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t3.  Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, the HMOP No. 328 of 2009 pending on the file of the Family Court at Madurai and the H.M.O.P.No. 179 of 2009  pending on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee  are withdrawn and  transferred to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai. This transfer petition is ordered accordingly. Consequently, MP No. 1 of 2009 is closed.
