Dave, learned advocate for the applicants and it is<br \/>\nsubmitted that in a dispute of a civil nature between the complainant<br \/>\nand accused Nos. 1 to 3 and pursuant to commercial transaction about<br \/>\nsale and purchase of goods, the complainant has chosen to initiate<br \/>\ncriminal machinery in motion and even investigation carried out<br \/>\npursuant to the FIR is a farce and the police has cited all the<br \/>\nwitnesses in different FIR in charge-sheet.  It is therefore,<br \/>\nsubmitted that the impugned proceedings deserves to be quashed and<br \/>\nset aside.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe overall aspects, and the nature of allegations against the<br \/>\napplicants and averments made in the FIR, Rule.  Learned APP,<br \/>\nwaives service of rule on behalf of respondent &#8211; State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tMeanwhile,<br \/>\nad-interim relief in terms of para 11 (c).\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNotice<br \/>\nas to interim relief returnable on 29th March, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tDirect<br \/>\nservice is permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>[ANANT<br \/>\nS.
