According to the petitioner, he was transferred seven times in four<\/p>\n<p>years. He has presently been transferred to Kodenchery Police Station by<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P2 order. He challenges the same. According to the petitioner, he has<\/p>\n<p>submitted Ext.P4 representation in this regard. He seeks a direction to the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider Ext.P4 and pass orders on the same.<\/p>\n<p>      2.      The learned Government Pleader points out that in Ext.P2 what<\/p>\n<p>has been stated is that he has been reinstated in service and posted at<\/p>\n<p>Kodenchery Police Station. He further submits that Ext.P4 has been<\/p>\n<p>addressed to the Central Home Minister and not to any authority before the<\/p>\n<p>State Government.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.
