P.P. for the State assisted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                      complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Marriage of the petitioner took place with the complainant<\/p>\n<p>                      in the year 2005. It is alleged that the complainant was subjected to<\/p>\n<p>                      cruelty and harassment on account of non-fulfilment of illegal<\/p>\n<p>                      demand.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                      that the petitioner has already given divorce as she was leading<\/p>\n<p>                      adulterous life<\/p>\n<p>                                On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant<\/p>\n<p>                      submits that up till now divorce has not been given by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                      and , as a mater of fact, complainant wants to lead her conjugal life<\/p>\n<p>                      with the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions as well<\/p>\n<p>                      as facts and circumstances of the case, particularly, keeping in mind<\/p>\n<p>                      that the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 10.2.2011, let the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner, Md.
