No. 1773 of 2009\n                 ==================\n\n           Dated this the 1st day of June, 2009.\n\n\n                           O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>    Petitioners are accused 1, 2 and 3 in C.P.No.10\/2009<\/p>\n<p>on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Kollam.<\/p>\n<p>Non-bailable warrant was issued due to the non-appearance<\/p>\n<p>of petitioners. This petition is filed under Section 482 of the<\/p>\n<p>Code of Criminal Procedure for a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate to enlarge petitioners on bail on the date of their<\/p>\n<p>surrender.\n<\/p>\n<p>    2.    Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>was heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>    3.    When an absconding accused surrenders before<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate and files an application for bail, Magistrate is<\/p>\n<p>expected to pass orders on the application without delay.<\/p>\n<p>Crl.M.C.No.1773\/2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>I do not find any reason to believe that the Magistrate will<\/p>\n<p>not act in accordance with law.     Hence I do not find it<\/p>\n<p>necessary to issue the direction as sought for.
