The applicant<br \/>\naccused has filed earlier Criminal Misc. Application No. 917 of 2009,<br \/>\nwhich came to be rejected by the learned Addl.City Sessions Judge,<br \/>\nAhmedabad City, vide order dated 22.5.2009. Earlier, the applicant &#8211;<br \/>\naccused had filed Criminal Misc. Application No. 11076 of 2009 which<br \/>\nalso came to be withdrawn by the learned advocate as the Court was<br \/>\nnot inclined. Therefore, having regard to the facts and<br \/>\ncircumstances, the present application cannot be entertained and it<br \/>\ndeserves to be rejected. Accordingly, the application stands<br \/>\nrejected.
