2.   14.09.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, informant and the<\/p>\n
                   State.\n<\/p>\n
                                The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence<\/p>\n
                   under Sections 302, 201\/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of<\/p>\n
                   the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n
                                Considering that the petitioner is the main assailant, I am<\/p>\n
                   not inclined to grant him bail.\n<\/p>\n
                                Prayer for bail is rejected.\n<\/p>\n
                                The trial Court is directed to send a list of the witnesses<\/p>\n
                   fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this<\/p>\n
                   order to the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria, who is directed to<\/p>\n
                   ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is<\/p>\n
                   no further delay in the trial.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
