In response to the notice,<br \/>\nlearned APP Mr.K.P.Raval made available for perusal a fax message<br \/>\nreceived from Superintendent of Police, Bhavnagar along with the<br \/>\nstatement recorded by the police.  Gist of the report is that reasons<br \/>\nmentioned in the application for grant of temporary bail are found to<br \/>\nbe correct and no apprehension about breach of peace is expressed.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p> Learned APP Mr.Raval waives service of rule on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondent State.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe above aspects, the application is allowed.  The convict &#8211;<br \/>\noriginal accused is ordered to be released for one week from the date<br \/>\nof his actual release on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5000\/-<br \/>\n(Rupees five thousand only) with one surety of the like amount to the<br \/>\nsatisfaction of the Jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.1\t\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry<br \/>\nof the above temporary bail period.
