No.43947 of 2010\n            GUDDU CHOUDHARY, SON OF GIRJA CHOUDHARY,\n            RESIDENT OF VILLAGE-SOBRI, POLICE STATION-\n            KOTHI, DISTRICT-GAYA.       ...........PETITIONER.\n                                     Versus\n                              THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   19.01.2011       Heard learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>               petitioner as well as learned P.P. for<\/p>\n<p>               the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     Petitioner         seeks         his    bail     in<\/p>\n<p>               connection       with    Sherghati           P.S.    Case<\/p>\n<p>               No.239      of    2010       registered             under<\/p>\n<p>               Section 393 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b)<\/p>\n<p>               (a), 26\/35 of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                     Allegedly,         petitioner           and     two<\/p>\n<p>               co-accused persons attempted to snatch<\/p>\n<p>               motorcycle of the informant, but they<\/p>\n<p>               did   not    succeed        in    their       attempt.<\/p>\n<p>               Subsequently,           petitioner           and      his<\/p>\n<p>               associates        were       caught           by      the<\/p>\n<p>               informant and others.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     Admittedly,           nothing          has     been<\/p>\n<p>               recovered         from           the         conscious<\/p>\n<p>               possession       of   the   petitioner          and    as<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     per   para-7       of     this      application<\/p>\n<p>     petitioner does not have any criminal<\/p>\n<p>     antecedent.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Considering the aforesaid facts<\/p>\n<p>     and circumstances as well as period of<\/p>\n<p>     detention     of    petitioner        in    jail<\/p>\n<p>     custody     petitioner,        namely,      Guddu<\/p>\n<p>     Choudhary is directed to be released<\/p>\n<p>     on bail on furnishing bail bonds of<\/p>\n<p>     Rs.10,000\/-(ten         thousand)    with    two<\/p>\n<p>     sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>     the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M.,<\/p>\n<p>     Sherghati    (Gaya)      in   connection    with<\/p>\n<p>     Sherghati P.S.
