Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                  learned A.P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                  registered under Sections 147\/153\/174B of the Railway Act.<\/p>\n<p>                              It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  that this case was lodged on account of the fact that the<\/p>\n<p>                  accidental death caused by a Tata-407, certain persons of the<\/p>\n<p>                  locality assembled and disturbed the running of the train on the<\/p>\n<p>                  railway track. Learned counsel submits that he is not named in<\/p>\n<p>                  the complaint rather his name has come as one of the co-<\/p>\n<p>                  accused, namely, Pintu, was arrested and allegedly he had taken<\/p>\n<p>                  the name of the petitioner in his confessional statement. It has<\/p>\n<p>                  also been submitted that except the above, there is no material<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       against the petitioner and similarly situated co-accused, namely,<\/p>\n<p>       Mintu Singh @ Ajeet Kumar, Aultar Kumar, Bulter Kumar,<\/p>\n<p>       Munna Kumar and Barka @ Chottu Kumar, had already been<\/p>\n<p>       granted anticipatory bail by the court below itself vide<\/p>\n<p>       Annexure-&#8216;2&#8217; series to the application.<\/p>\n<p>                   Having considered the facts and the circumstances<\/p>\n<p>       of the case, let the petitioner, Dharmendra Singh, in the event<\/p>\n<p>       of his arrest or surrender by him within four weeks from today,<\/p>\n<p>       be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>       Rs.10,000\/(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>       the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial<\/p>\n<p>       Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case<\/p>\n<p>       No.2968(C)\/09 in R.P.F.
