No.11052 of 2011\n                                   RAJENDRA MAHTO\n                                           Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   01.04.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Both the above-said Cr. Misc. Cases arise out of the<\/p>\n<p>                 same case i.e. Bihra P.S. case No. 120 of 2010 registered<\/p>\n<p>                 under sections-395 &amp; 397 of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>                 accordingly, the above-said Cr. Misc. Cases are being heard<\/p>\n<p>                 and disposed of by this common order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          It would appear from perusal of the impugned order<\/p>\n<p>                 that the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 9293 of 2011 is said to be in<\/p>\n<p>                 close contact with the so-called miscreants through mobile<\/p>\n<p>                 phone of one, Mahendra Das.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          It is pointed out by learned counsels for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                 that both the petitioners were put on TIP but they have not been<\/p>\n<p>                 identified by witnesses.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties,<\/p>\n<p>                 let the petitioners, namely, Chhote Lal Pandit (in Cr.Misc.<\/p>\n<p>                 No.9293 of 2011) and Rajendra Mahto (in Cr.Misc. No.11052<\/p>\n<p>                 of 2011) be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount each in connection with Bihra P.S.
