Discussions were carried on and on the suggestion<\/p>\n<p>of the Adalat Mr.Desi Matthai agreed that in case the Board is<\/p>\n<p>prepared to accept Rs.15,000\/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand only) in full<\/p>\n<p>and final settlement of all claims against him, he shall make the<\/p>\n<p>payment within three months from the date of acceptance by the<\/p>\n<p>Board of the said offer. The learned standing counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>Housing Board requests for time for communicating with the<\/p>\n<p>authorities concerned to facilitate a settlement. In fairness he<\/p>\n<p>also suggested that he will pursue the Board authorities to settle<\/p>\n<p>the matter amicably by accepting the offer. Some more time is<\/p>\n<p>required to intimate the authorities of the Housing Board and<\/p>\n<p>intimate the result thereof before the adalat. Accordingly, two<\/p>\n<p>weeks time is granted for the learned standing counsel to submit<\/p>\n<p>to the adalat whether Housing Board is agreeable to accept the<\/p>\n<p>offer. In case the Housing Board is prepared to accept the offer<\/p>\n<p>final settlement can be arrived at on that day.
